It’s amazing to look at this article and think about the pressure behind the scenes that must’ve been going on to force Governor Mcauliffe and dominion to make the commitment they have. It’s still just a drop in the bucket and it still is not enough to keep up with the problems we face with climate change but that’s OK it’s a start.
Google is trying to get into everybody’s business and I often distrust them for that. But I do believe they are committed to doing something about climate change, and for that I have to give them credit.
And Amazon has already made a large commitment to making all of its servers run on renewable energy. And with two large economic drivers like that, Governor Mcauliffe would have a hard time holding them back.
That sort of economic power rivals dominions power as well, so even though dominion appears to be dragging its feet with renewable energy, it is certainly being dragged into doing the right thing, whether it wants to or not.
Well said Bob.
Things are moving in the right direction.
