Friends of Buckingham (FOB) has been to Dominion’s Dog and Pony show before. Their engineers knew less than we did about their proposals and the real impacts their project would have on OUR lives. We met with their corporate representatives who assured us they would work with us and proceeded to lose their jobs.

You may be disappointed and outraged tomorrow in the meeting with Valley Link. They are not there to listen to you. They are there to promote their interests, not yours.

We were told from the start that the ACP was a ‘done deal’ and we couldn’t beat Dominion.

Some said David couldn’t beat Goliath. We all know now how that worked out.

We proved them wrong!

We organized, united, stood strong and we won!

There are more of you standing in opposition to the threat this time.

It is time for us all to come together as a united front to preserve and protect Buckingham … and all Virginians!
