This is for the MVP project, and they can put just about anything they want into the pipeline if you sign this easement.
Of course with the “zone of death” around the pipeline, it’s probably better than what they will be giving to your neighbors who will enjoy the same fear and inconvenience caused by the construction and operation of the pipeline.
They won’t get anything for being put in harm’s way.
Look close and you will see the easement claims the right to add a second pipeline , what are they thinking?????
If FERC does grant them their pipeline, they will not allow that sort of uncontrolled traffic through the pipeline, it will only be for the express purposes outlined in their application and EIS etc. If you were to sign this very general anything goes sort of easement they have a pretty free reign going forward. At least if you force them to use eminent domain FERC will have to do a similar song and dance before they put in a second pipeline for NUCLEAR WASTE
