With headlines like this it becomes even more important for individuals to start now to reduce their electricity demands on central generating plants like Dominion.  Solar can fit on many rooftops, wind is viable in other areas.  Local communities and individuals collectively can reduce how much electricity  we want to come from central sources like nuclear or  fossil fuels.  Conserve where you can, generate what you can, and reduce demand from these giants who take advantage of your “need” Put Dominion out of business.

The attorney general’s office says Dominion Virginia Power should abandon plans to build a third nuclear reactor in Louisa County to avoid what the government called a waste of billions of dollars on an excessively expensive power source.
