Tom Shipley wrote this interesting letter about the beginnings of the pipeline in WV and evidently there’s lots of opposition even there
Reading this it sounds like a wonderful destination for cavers and fishermen alike–Hard to imagine an industry so greedy it could even contemplate destroying these sorts of treasures.
