Governor Northam Calls for Review of State Environmental Regulations

An Executive Order directing Virginia’s Department of Environmental Quality to conduct “a comprehensive review of DEQ’s permitting, monitoring, and enforcement activities across all program areas” was issued April 4 by Governor Ralph Northam.

Road Closures for ACP in GW National Forest Still Undecided

Public access to roads in the George Washington National Forest (GWNF) during construction of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) is still an unresolved issue.

CSI Reporting System in Full-Operation; Volunteers Still Needed

ABRA’s Pipeline Compliance Surveillance Initiative (CSI) is now in fully functioning.
