Also, the Pipeline Safety Trust’s Bill Caram and attorney Paul Blackburn of Bold Alliance discussed the new report highlighting the safety risks of carbon pipelines. Finally, attorney Brian Jorde of Domina Law Group provided an overview of the landowners legal co-ops being formed by landowners in the states facing proposed carbon pipelines to fight eminent domain.

Our next Pipeline Fighters Hub webinar topic is “Counties and States Can Regulate Pipelines.” We’ll hear from elected officials who are taking on fossil fuel corporations and pipelines, by putting in common-sense regulations to protect property rights, water, and climate. Stay tuned for more details!
