The location for an Aug. 14 public hearing on the proposed water quality certification for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline has changed, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality announced Thursday.

The hearing will be held at the Southside Virginia Community College Alberta gymnasium at 109 Campus Drive in Alberta. The location has changed from the original setting of Dinwiddie High School, according to DEQ spokesman Bill Hayden.
