also, I would like to include this file, testimony from a Ferc Hearing about increasing compressor size (this particular increase was rejected), in part because of the excellent research done by Amy, many hrs going through 700 pages of public documents to find the critical info for this, good info in general, also a good lesson on what might be necessary as we get into the nitty gritty of this project.
