Since ABRA Update was sent to you a short while ago a new development has come to our attention.  Late today executives from Dominion Energy, Duke Energy and the Southern Company, partners in the Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP), wrote the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission asking for a certificate approving the ACP to be issued in September so that the project can begin tree clearing in November 2017.  Attached is a copy of a story on this just posted by The Recorder newspaper and a copy of the ACP letter to FERC.
