One Real estate Agent’s perspective as filed with FERC

As a licensed realtor in Augusta County I have witnessed that every single one of my Buyer clients who are looking to to buy property in Augusta County have told me they do not want to even look at properties that are located ON or NEAR the proposed locations of the ACP.
Resale is a HUGE consideration for anyone investing in real estate. People are very cautious of purchasing property on or near the ACP because of the strong possibility of potentially diminished resale values.
As a buyer’s agent I feel obligated to inform potential buyers of the proposed route of the ACP if they are considering purchasing property near it because it is my job to look out for my client’s best interests.
